In the first episode we hear from elite skier turned property developer, Bill Impola.
Bill is currently working on an ambitious 26-home timber frame six-level apartment block. He’s taken his passion for excellence on the slopes to the construction site, and MiTek Sweden visited him on site to learn more about his latest project, and personal experiences using our Posi-Joist system.
Located in the picturesque town of Torsby in the Värmland region of Sweden, it’s the first time Posi-Joist’s floor system is being used in a six-storey building. Chosen for its off-site manufacture, easy installation, high span strength and excellent acoustic and vibration qualities, Posi-Joist has been the perfect choice for the build.
